USC is need-blind in its admission process, which means that a student’s ability to pay or interest in financial aid has no bearing on admission decisions.

Approximately two-thirds of our students receive some form of financial aid.

The 2024-25 FAFSA is available! Begin your application today! The deadline for Regular Decision applicants to complete the CSS Profile is February 7, 2024. Applications received by this date will be prioritized for review. We will, however, continue to review applications received after February 7.

This section will help clarify and explain the financial aid application process for new undergraduate students and their parents applying for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Graduate & Professional Student Financial Aid
Although financial aid for graduate students is composed primarily of federal loans, other resources are available. Depending on your eligibility, you may receive Federal Work-Study, USC or outside scholarships, and fellowships or assistantships.
