ONLINE ASSISTANCE & EMAIL INQUIRIES

The askUSC portal will help you find answers to our most commonly asked questions. If you do not find what you are looking for, you can email us using the contact form within the portal.

Please note: To better serve all students, we respond only to email inquiries received through the web contact form. Current USC students must use their official university email address (username@usc.edu) for all official university communications.

FINANCIAL AID SUMMARY AND TASKS (FAST)

Students can log in to our secure online portal, Financial Aid Summary and Tasks (FAST), to submit documents. Through FAST:

• Documents are processed more quickly and efficiently.
• Students receive email confirmation when their documents have been submitted successfully.

Documents submitted to the USC Financial Aid Office become the property of the university and cannot be returned or duplicated for any purpose.
